Clergy
The Reverend Chase Campbell, Rector
As a native of Pittsburgh, PA, I enjoy all things black and gold. My wife, Jamie, and I have three outstanding children: Lydia, Jude, and Rachel. Before going into ministry, I had a career as a commercial carpenter. I felt God’s call to ordained ministry during my carpenter’s apprenticeship. While working full-time as a carpenter, I completed my undergrad studies online through Hobe Sound Bible College. After college, I attended Trinity School for Ministry for my Master of Divinity and Gordon-Conwell for my Master of Theology.
In my free time, when I’m not chasing my kids, I enjoy running, shooting skeet, working on my garden, and reading.
The Reverend Mathew Allen, Associate Rector
I am a semi-native, having lived in Arizona since age 10. I am married to Tina and together we have 5 kiddos and 4 grandkids, all within 5 miles of our home in North Phoenix. I earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering at MIT and ASU and worked in that industry for over two decades. When I felt called to ministry, I earned a Master of Ministry from St. Michael’s Seminary in San Clemente, CA and was ordained to the Diaconate in 2001. I've served at the Cathedral of Christ the King (Phx), and Living Faith (Tempe). In 2021, we moved our family to CCA, and in August of 2025, I was ordained into the priesthood. I am pleased to now serve full-time at CCA as Associate Rector. My greatest calling in Christ is to go and make disciples of everyone that the Holy Spirit places in my path, and one of my greatest joys is in serving our Lord.
My hobbies include woodworking, gardening, (always) reading, and keeping up with the family.

Jamie Campbell Children’s Minister
Having grown up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I never imagined that I would now call Phoenix, Arizona my home! I am a wife and mom of three talented kids. Before transitioning to full time church ministry, I danced professionally and taught for many years.
In my current role, you will find me prepping lessons, playing with kids, and reading to toddlers. Working with children has been a great blessing in my life. Seeing God’s Story through their eyes is truly amazing.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, and relaxing by the pool!

Courtney Fahsholz Rector’s Assistant
I moved to Arizona with my husband, Brent, shortly after we were married in 2019. We are originally from Oregon. We first began attending CCA in 2021, and I later came on staff in 2024 after having previously worked in healthcare for nearly 10 years. Being on staff has been a wonderful way to get to know our CCA community even better.
We welcomed our son, Logan, at the beginning of 2026. He is a delightful addition, and we are enjoying this new adventure together. We also have an Australian Shepherd named Murphy. In my free time, I enjoy coaching cross country with my husband as well as running, hiking, drinking coffee, and reading.

Dawn Hunter • Director of Operations
My family moved to Arizona when I was very young and I grew up in the neighborhood of the current CCA campus. My 25+ year professional background has been primarily in healthcare marketing research, where I was involved in leadership, and responsible for assisting organizations to make informed strategic decisions to grow their business.
My faith journey truly took flight when I started attending Christ Church Anglican in 2009, with my husband and children. In 2015, we were called to a new ministry of fostering and adoption, and I paused full-time employment for a season to accommodate new circumstances. And, in 2018, we were blessed to be officially add our two younger children to our family. And, in December 2023 we welcomed our first grandbaby.
I am excited to support the clergy, vestry, and staff to fulfill CCA’s mission and vision and help Christ Church be a place where God is worshiped and served in beauty and truth. When I have free-time, I enjoy reading, traveling, drawing, and connecting with friends.

Afterward, I left the workforce to become a full-time mom until returning to work at CCA.
My husband, Kevin, and I met at CCA in 2010 and were married at the church in 2011. CCA has been a central part of our lives, and we cherish the community here. We are also proud parents to two amazing boys, Guy and Henry.
I feel lucky to work at CCA alongside such a dedicated and supportive team. My favorite hobbies include watching old movies, traveling, reading, running, and crafting.

Guy Whatley Director of Musical Worship and Organist
I grew up in Wales, where my love of sacred music first took root. My studies took me from Cardiff and Bristol to Germany, France, and Italy, and eventually to Arizona State University, where I earned my doctorate in organ performance. Along the way I’ve had the privilege of playing in churches and festivals around the world and working with wonderful ensembles and choirs.
What excites me most about music ministry is how it brings people together in worship and strengthens our community. I look forward to helping enrich our music and song at Christ Church.
