The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols is a cherished tradition that began at King’s College in 1918 and has its roots in Truro Cathedral in 1880.  Through scripture readings, carols, hymns, and choir anthems, we hear the story of Humanity’s fall, the promise of the Messiah, and the birth of Jesus.  Following the service, everyone is invited to our parish-wide Advent party.  It will be a joyful evening of worship, music, and celebration that you will not want to miss.

Note: we will provide the main dish, please bring a side or dessert to share at the Advent party.  Dishes can be dropped off in the Parish Hall/Kitchen between 4:30pm and 5:00pm the day of.
