I’m very pleased to share that we have hired Katy Engels as our next Director of Operations. Katy brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, operations, organizational leadership, and staff support. Most recently, she has served as the Human Resources Manager at YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix, and she also has prior church experience from her time as Connections Director at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church.
Katy’s first day with us will be Monday, June 22. She and her husband, Steve, will be joining our Christ Church family, and I know you will help me make them feel warmly welcomed.
Please join me in giving thanks for Katy and in praying for her as she begins this important new role among us.
