Fr. J and his wife S will be speaking and sharing their time with us at our annual Parish Retreat at Pinerock Camp in Prescott. They will be sharing with us about discipleship and the theme will be: “Singing off-key in the Jesus Choir. “Fr. J is an ACNA priest, but after his Louisiana church was destroyed in 2005 Katrina Hurricane he became dean of the Anglican Cathedral in Zanzibar, left there to help start three orphanages (Tanzania and Kenya) and is working now with refugee children and families in the Middle East through an organization called Love for the Least (lovefortheleast.org). Jerry is a wild man for God and they both speak boldly for Jesus about Christian discipleship.
