Dr. John Lennox, Professor of Mathematics at Oxford University, will speak on the question “Has Science Buried God?” at a Veritas Forum on Thursday, February 25, at 7:30 p.m. at the Tempe campus of Arizona State University. The Christian Campus Center (C3) is organizing the event and Christ Church Anglican is a co-sponsor.
The talk, followed by Q&A, will be in Armstrong Hall of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law (1100 S. McAllister Ave., Tempe). Professor Lennox is an internationally renowned speaker on the interface between science, philosophy, and Christianity. “Has Science Buried God?” is the subtitle of his 2007 book, God’s Undertaker, and also the topic of his historic debate with Oxford Professor Richard Dawkins in 2008 at the Oxford Museum of Natural History. Professor Lennox has spoken extensively in major universities around the world, including his recent talk at Rice University in September 2015.
