You are invited to come and hear a timely and informative lecture presentation by Aydin Aygün titled “Anatomy of the Failed Coup in Turkey: Process of Secularization and Role of Religion.” Aydin, who is a Muslim, is an Early Christian History scholar, a graduate of the Turkish Military Academy (the Turkish “West Point”), and a professionally trained and licensed tour guide by Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. He is in the U.S. to present this lecture at Gonzaga University the following evening.
