A number of people at CCA have been discussing the possibility of our congregation becoming a part of the Family Promise Ministry. This is a ministry to homeless families that have fallen on hard times and find themselves on the streets. These families have been screened and do not have any drug use, mental illness or domestic violence issues. They are not the chronically homeless population. We want to explore the interest, share the specifics of what would be involved and address any concerns people might have. We invite everyone to come and be part of the conversation.
