In Mark 6:31, Jesus invites his disciples to leave their busy worlds behind to spend time with him in rest and quiet. You are invited to do the same. On Saturday, May 5, the sanctuary will be open from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. for an informal service of prayer and blessing. Come as you are for any length of time. Bring your favorite devotional, Bible, journal, sketch pad, a pillow and/or blanket, or just yourself. Bring a friend. There will be quiet music, spaces of silence, moments of prayer, and materials to aid in your quiet time. CCA’s healing team will impart words of encouragement and blessing as moved by the Spirit. Come, rest, and receive.
